​Arrival & Late policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in and prepare for your service.late arrivals may result in shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest. The full service fee will still apply.

​Service Limitations

To ensure the best results we are not able to perform scalp or hair services for clients with extensions or weaves.

Deposits and Cancellation 

A non- refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice maybe charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 100%of the service.

Health and Safety

For your safety and ours, please disclose any scalp sensitives, allergies, or medical conditions before your service.

 

Children and Guests

Out of respect to our guests, and to maintain a calm environment, children are welcome only if they are receiving  a service. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary to protect the health, safety, and experience of our clients and team.
